We were surprised of the lack of responses we were getting anyone to respond to our inquiries. Sheryl was immediately responsive and immensely helpful. Buying real estate in Sedona has a lot of intricacies and she was there to help navigate them all. I can't give her a high enough recommendation!

We were so lucky to find Sheryl. As out of town buyers without knowledge of the local market, Sheryl was amazing in helping us find the perfect location for our retirement home in Cottonwood. She was very patient and always had time to answer our questions. We really enjoyed getting to know Sheryl throughout the process. My wife and I had the pleasure of partnering with Sheryl back in mid October. At that time I had found a home in our neighborhood that was of interest and had terms that we felt would fit our needs at the time. Sheryl promptly set us up with a showing and we were sold on the home. After some negotiations with the current homeowner, the home was ultimately pulled off of the market by the home owner as they wanted to sit the market out. Sheryl continued to share other homes with us and ended up showing us a new home in our community that also met our needs and was a new build to boot.
