Sheryl’s passion is to serve and because she loves everything about real estate, she’s made it her profession. As both an experienced agent and active investor, she’s grateful for the opportunity to use her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their real estate goals.

With over 18 years of residential investing experience throughout the Southwest - buying, selling, and managing rentals and fixer-uppers - Sheryl turned her passion into a full-time career by earning her real estate license in 2019.

Growing up on Mingus Mountain, where her parents managed Mingus Mountain Camp, Sheryl learned the value of hard work early on. After college, she married, had a son, and carried that same work ethic into a 20-year firefighting career with the U.S. Forest Service. She credits those years at camp and in fire for instilling the dedication, discipline, and integrity that now define her real estate career.

From Flagstaff to Prescott, New Mexico, and back to Arizona, Sheryl has called the Verde Valley home for most of her life. Today, she and her husband love serving their community, spending time outdoors camping and fishing, and traveling to visit their two grown children in Idaho and Montana. Faith and family remain at the center of everything she does.

For Sheryl, real estate is more than transactions - it’s about relationships. She believes that why she does what she does matters more than what she does.
